Reader registrations

When you register for book updates or reader resources, we collect your email address, any name you provide, and the book or resource you selected. We use these details to handle your registration, deliver available resources and send the updates described on the form.

If you complete a quiz or practice matcher, we also process the answers you choose to provide to produce your results. These tools are educational and are not clinical assessments.

Orders and service providers

Direct purchases use Stripe for payment processing. We use order and delivery details to fulfill those purchases and provide order support. Purchases made on Amazon or another retailer are handled under that retailer’s policies.

We use service providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, payment processing and website analytics. They process the information needed to provide those services.

Website choices

Optional Google Analytics and SiteBehaviour tracking on this site loads after you accept analytics. With that choice, we also retain campaign and page context for this browser session to understand which pages and links help readers. We do not send your email address or quiz answers in these discovery events.

You can change this choice using Analytics settings. Necessary browser storage remembers your choice and access to reader resources you have unlocked.
